Very impressed to get a non-urgent appointment at such short notice.
My appointment was at 0730, but I was not told about the main road entrance when the appointment was made, with the result that I sat in the car park until after my time despite arriving early.

Most GPs are good, but only if you can actually get an appointment, which is extraordinarily difficult. Getting through on the phone is almost impossible. Booking an online appointment that is within a reasonable time scale is also quite hard.

I have been seeing Dr De Silva regularly who has taken great care to look after me. I am sure all other doctors are very good indeed. ladies at the reception are very helpful indeed. MP
